TikTok users experienced a brief outage late Friday while trying to load the ‘For You’ page within the app. The glitch lasted for 20 minutes, showing users a “no internet connection” notice, after which the app resumed normal functionality, The Verge reported.
Although the company did not post an update about the outage, Downdetector identified 75,000 users experiencing the issue. NetBlocks, a global internet connectivity monitor, observed users affected by outages worldwide with no sign of a country-level filter.
