The drama will depict the glamorous yet tragic life of the late princess.
The promos released so far show the story of a woman named Daniya, a political figure and princess of hearts, who suffers a major tragedy as she grows older.
The drama is written by renowned writer Zanjabil Asim Shah, who is famous for writing the screenplay of Pyaar Ke Sadke, while the serial is directed by Qasim Ali Mureed.
Meri Princess stars Urwa Hussain, Ali Rehman, Shabbir Jaan and Qavi Khan in lead roles.
