Zara Hatke Zara Bachke director Laxman Attaker has finally revealed the reason behind not casting Katrina Kaif alongside Vicky Kaushal in the film.

According to Laxman, Katrina is a heroine who does not fit the role of a small-town girl well. It doesn’t suit him. But he claims that whenever he gets a good script, he would love to work with Katrina and Vicky in a film.

The Mimi director joked: “Katrina will understand my language. Do you think Katrina will ever be a small-town heroine? If we get a good script, I would love to work with Vicky and Katrina.” will

Elaborating on this, he added: “I couldn’t bring her on board this time because Zara Hatke Zara Bachke is in a different place and I think Katrina’s personality is different, I personally like it. I don’t think he is a middle man. The class may be a daughter-in-law of a joint family.

“If something comes up in the future that suits them, why not”, said Laxman.

Zara Hatke Zara Bachke is a romantic comedy film starring Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan. Produced in association with Medac Films Production, the film is directed and written by Laxman Atekar. The rom-com is slated to release on June 2, reports JEE News.
