Gujranwala: An anti -terrorism court (ATC) on Tuesday rejected the request for a discount from Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah’s official engagement and issued a warrant for non -bailable arrest.
The industrial area police station, Gujarat, filed a case against it.
Police told Judge Rana Zahid Iqbal Khan that he had gone to Faisalabad to comply with the court orders but Rana Sanaullah could not be found there.
Sana’s lawyers filed a petition from a personal hearing, on which the judge issued a warrant for the arrest of Sanaullah and directed the police to arrest the accused and present it to the court on March 28.
On August 5, 2022, PML -Q leader Shehkar Aslam filed a complaint against Rana Sanaullah on charges of threatening state institutions, chief secretary and other officers.
Meanwhile, at the request of the Jamaat -e -Islami leader against PMLN leader Maryam Nawaz and other leaders, an additional judge of the session has appointed SP Special Cell to listen to both sides and submit their report on March 14.
A local Jamaat -e -Islami leader, Sultan Aziz, filed a petition in court to register the case against Maryam Nawaz and others for alleged theft of iron gates and other goods from a park.
