ISLAMABAD: The Foreign Office announced on Thursday that Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will represent Pakistan at the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) to be held in Goa, India on May 4-5.
