Police on Friday registered a criminal case against four female students for misbehaving with their classmate in a private school located in Defense Housing Authority (DHA) area of Lahore.

The police registered an FIR against the accused under sections 337A (i), 354, and 379 of the PPC after the video of the victim’s beating went viral on social media.

In the FIR, the father of the victim, Imran Younis, alleged that his daughter’s partner was a drug addict who wanted his daughter to join his company.

In the FIR, it is said that one of the girls was also carrying a dagger. Moreover, the victim’s father also alleged that his daughter’s gold chain and a locket were also taken away by the accused while assaulting him.

He said his daughter was tortured by two sisters when she refused to join their group. According to the FIR, the accused assaulted the victim, dragged her to the canteen and humiliated her there.

The victim’s father said that he has also contacted the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and demanded action against those who uploaded the video on social media.

In the video, the victim can be seen crying for help while another girl is seen sitting on her back, twisting her arms and abusing her.

Another girl can also be seen walking up to the victim and sitting on his back, while the third slaps him. The victim reportedly suffered facial injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment.
