PTI rejects FIR as ‘mockery of SC order’
The PTI leaders have rejected the FIR and called it a “mockery of the law and the top court’s order.”
PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry said that the FIR is nothing more than a piece of paper if it doesn’t name the three accused nominated by Imran Khan. The PTI will only accept an FIR if the names of the three high officials are on it.

Another PTI leader Shireen Mazari held the FIR as an “attempt at a complete cover up by the 3 accused thru the power of their positions and the State.”

PTI leader Farrukh Habib called into question the credibility of the Punjab police, saying they are unable to do justice in this case.

The FIR has been registered against Sub-Inspector Aamir Shahzad as the complainant in Wazirabad City Police Station.
Naveed, the main accused who was arrested from the crime scene, has been named in the case. The FIR was registered under various charges including terrorism, murder and attempted murder under Sections 302, 324, 440 and Section 7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997.
The text of the FIR states that the fire was opened from the left side of the container. Naveed son of Bashir is now in the custody of CTD Lahore.
According to the FIR, Imran Khan and other PTI leaders were going to Wazirabad from Allahwala Chowk when the accused Naveed opened fire from the left side of the container at 4 pm, killing Nawaz’s son Nawaz Bharuki Cheema. . of rally.
It has been stated in the FIR that Imran Khan was injured in the gun attack. The FIR also mentions 11 other injured persons including Muhammad Ahmed Chatta and Hamza Altaf.
One of the activists participating in the procession, Hassan Ibtasam, tried to catch the shooter and his intervention prevented the attacker from firing another shot, the text said.
The FIR has been sealed and will be produced in court today, police said. The FIR will be made public after the Supreme Court examines it.
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif requested the Supreme Court to form a body to investigate Imran’s allegations.
These instructions of the Supreme Court came after Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif requested Chief Justice Umar Atta Bandial to form a full court to investigate the assassination of Imran Khan.
The Chief Justice should form a full court commission to end this chaos and evil. If my appeal is not heard, questions will be raised in future, the Prime Minister said while addressing a press conference in Lahore.
Whenever you ask me to come, I will appear in the court, Prime Minister Shehbaz said that he will write to the Chief Justice to make a full court soon and accept its decision.
The Prime Minister emphasized that the commission will be beneficial for the country and the nation.
He said that he would request the Chief Justice to present the matter before this commission and said that it was his duty to take action against the allegations against the institutions.
