He was substituted in the 84th minute and tearfully hugged all his teammates, Bas Xavi and the entire Barca bench.
The 35-year-old will retire after Tuesday’s trip to Osasuna, although it is not certain he will play.
After the game he gave a speech on the pitch saying: “I was born here and I will die here.”
He added: “When you grow up, you realize that sometimes you have to stop loving. I’m sure I’ll come back here in the future.
“I love Barca. That’s why I think it’s the right time. It’s not goodbye.”
Many tributes were paid to him on his farewell night at the Nou Camp.
Peck, who was named captain, walked onto the field with his two sons, as all his teammates wore shirts with his name and the number three on the back.

Barcelona won an early penalty after their fans chanted for Pique to take it. But the Spaniard pointed to Robert Lewandowski, who stepped up and hit the post.
Peck, who scored 53 goals for Barcelona, ​​headed one chance over the bar and another was saved by Fernando Martinez.
