Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan while talking to journalists in Lahore on Friday challenged the current government to prove the corruption case against him and his wife Bushra Bibi.
He said that he will continue his struggle against the PDM government and for free and fair elections.
Ready to talk to COAS for country’s sake
Imran Khan said that he is ready to talk to the Army Chief for the betterment of the country.
The COAS itself should file a corruption case against me. It seems the army chief is considering me as his ‘enemy’,” Imran Khan said as reported by JEE News.
The PTI supremo commented that Pakistan’s establishment does not understand politics.
He praised Parvez Elahi for standing firm with him despite all the pressure on Elahi to change the territory.
He reiterated that he had recorded a video about the threats to life and that it was available abroad.
Reiterates allegations against ex-COAS Bajwa
He alleged that General Retd Qamar Javed Bajwa stabbed him in the back.
He claimed that Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman is still in touch with him. The PTI chief said that General Retired Bajwa gave a speech against Russia and Bajwa should be court martialed for this speech.
Elections of Punjab Assembly and general elections
Imran Khan said that if the general elections are held simultaneously, the national treasury will be saved. He claimed that PTI will win the election despite being with PDM umpires and overseas Pakistani PTI.
Imran Khan revealed that he decided not to go to Islamabad at 11 o’clock when he got the news that the government wanted to arrest him at the airport and take him to Balochistan.
He alleged that he feels threatened by those who are supposed to protect him. Imran claimed that PTI would get more votes by putting him in jail.
The PTI supremo said that women legislators on special seats also want to become the Chief Minister of Punjab. Imran Khan laughed if the decision of the Chief Minister of Punjab is made now, there will be a massacre
