Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Secretary General Asad Umar declared that Imran Khan would not allow ‘anything to come apart from Bulletproof’ as he is a kaptaan (captain) who ‘loves his people’. , and don’t want to be. away from them.
The comments came after leaders of the current government advised the former prime minister to install a bulletproof shield on his container as a security measure following the alleged assassination attempt against him.

During the party’s Real Azadi March, Asad announced in a message to the Chief Justice of Pakistan that “Toba [Tek Singh], Chiniot, Faisalabad, Jhang, Sindh, Punjab” all stood in support of Imran and the PTI. Supporters will not back down. To bow down, or bow to someone.

Referring to the PTI chief, Asad said he was “standing despite being shot at” and questioned whether “the nation stands with him”.
Asad also said that when he talks to Imran in the evening, he will tell the party chief that Toba Tek Singh’s women were also part of the march.
The convoy led by Asad Umar and other party leaders passed through Tehsil Gujra where they were received outside the residence of Hamza Usman.
