The joint session of Parliament will be held on Monday at 4 pm at Parliament House Islamabad.
Meanwhile, the Senate session will resume today at 12 noon at the Parliament House.
Apart from this, issues of legislative, national and international importance will be discussed during the session.
On Sunday, Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani already changed the time of Monday’s meeting from 4 pm to 12 noon.
An official announcement said that the time has been revised due to a joint session of Parliament.
In the last joint session, which was held on Wednesday, six points were discussed, but there was no mention of the issue of terrorism despite various politicians belonging to the ruling coalition calling for a discussion on the issue.
On that day, the joint session passed the Islamabad Capital Territory Local Government (Amendment) Act, 2022 with amendments.
