On Twitter, Chief Minister Punjab said that we will not allow anyone in Punjab to humiliate or threaten our institutions and intelligence agencies. As responsible Pakistani citizens, it is our first duty to condemn those elements who are actually benefiting Pakistan’s enemies.

Chief Minister Naqvi assured that the provincial government will implement the law and the criminals will be held accountable.

Asad Umar responds to PM

Reacting to the Prime Minister’s tweet, PTI leader Asad Umar questioned why he was satisfied when his brother Nawaz Sharif attacked the then Army Chief and Director General Inter-Services Intelligence.
