LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Vice Chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi has said that if Imran Khan is arrested, he will lead the party.
Talking to the media after getting interim bail in the hooliganism case, Qureshi said that PTI is the only party which respects law and state institutions.
He said that we have always respected the judiciary and will continue to do so.
In response to a question, Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that ‘I will accept the responsibility of the party in case of the arrest of our party chairman Imran Khan’. He also criticized the Punjab Police for the “violent death” of PTI activist Ali Bilal.
