SAPM Malik Ahmed Khan claims that ‘Bajwa helped Imran get NRO for Bani Gala House.

ISLAMABAD: Special Assistant to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif Malik Ahmed Khan has claimed that former Army Chief General (retd) Qamar Javed Bajwa influenced then Chief Justice Saqib Nisar to support Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). what was ) Chairman Imran Khan in the Banigala House case.

Sources close to the retired COAS said that General (retd) Bajwa never contacted Chaudhry Nisar or the judiciary in this matter. However, he alleged that a key intelligence officer saved Imran Khan from impeachment.

Malik Ahmed Khan claimed that General (Rtd) Bajwa had given NRO to Imran Khan. Malik claimed that they have all the evidence on how and when it happened, who was involved and who sent the messages to whom. In response to a question, Malik said, “I stand by it and I have full proofs,” adding that Jahangir Tareen was a collateral victim in the case.

It is noteworthy that Malik Ahmad Khan was among the leaders of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz who have been close to the retired army chief.
